Once installed, our team will always be there for you. We offer Service Level Agreements on three tiers.

Manned telephone support between 7am to 9pm

Monitored email support¹

Remote assistance using Remote Desktop and a Virtual Private Network.¹

3 Planned Onsite call outs per month (Emergency Onsite assistance extra costs apply).

Once a Month system health check and cleaning.

Loan Unit of similar functionality in the event that equipment needs to be removed and taken in for repair due to any sort of damage.

The above constitutes as an overview of the support options available. Further terms and conditions are stipulated in the full service level agreement.

About our SLAs

Our SLAs strictly cover maintenance and support of home, business or building automation systems and constituent parts including:

  • Audio control,
  • Visual control,
  • Lighting control,
  • Climate control, or
  • Local Area Network (LAN)

Or any combination thereof, which was installed by Automation Authority.

At a minimum, we will review our agreement with you annually.

Should you require repairs on any system or components that fall outside of the scope of our Service Level Agreement, we offer comprehensive repair services.
